Shipping policy

Please allow up to one week for delivery after your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier delays.

Seasonal Subscription Orders
Bluegrass Flow seasonal subscriptions are fulfilled during our active produce season, typically June through January. Subscription orders may be temporarily paused during the off-season months when products are unavailable. Active subscriptions will automatically resume when seasonal production begins again unless otherwise requested by the customer. Customers will not be charged while subscriptions are paused.
