The Process

We grind produce into a pulp by applying thousands of pounds of pressure through a hydraulic press that slowly squeezes out the juice.

Uses extremely high pressure to destroy harmful pathogens and extend shelf life.

Other juices are typically made using high-speed centrifugal juicers that spin and chop produce rapidly, generating heat. The juice is then pasteurized or heated to eliminate harmful bacteria.

Because heat diminishes nutritional value, we take a different approach. Through cold-press and HPP, we never apply heat during our process, allowing our juice to retain more of its natural nutrients and stay fresh and flavorful.
